After hours emergency 435-730-8117 - This number is for Emergencies only. Please, no texts. Please plan accordingly as Public Works is not able to turn on meters after 3:00 pm on weekdays, weekends or holidays. Only use the after hours emergency phone line for true emergency situations.

NOTE: It is easier to use a computer than a phone to set up your account.
1) You will need your Garden City Water Account number, your name and address exactly AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR WATER BILL.
2) Go to the portal and create an account.
3) Once your account is verified, you can view your current water usage in real time, set usage alerts, and out-of-town notifications.
